There are 30 sessions on our weekly timetable with the option for private personal training and coaching for anyone wanting specific skill development or those that prefer to train one on one.

What is Crossfit?

In Short: CrossFit is a thriving community of people who value true fitness with instruction from high quality coaches.

In Long: CrossFit is a fitness program designed around the things you do in the real world. CrossFit is personal training, but in a group setting to make it more challenging! We borrow exercises from things like weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing, track and field, and we mix it up a lot, so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster and better conditioned.

When you think of a “gym”, what comes to mind? Rows of machines and banks of cardio equipment? Workouts comprised of structured sets on a series of machines that never change? A program card and a brief run through your program? CrossFit Riverland is not that kind of gym. You won’t find machines or programs: you will find people and the tools for true fitness.
